What We Are NOT

Important: Reblnc is NOT:

• A brokerage firm or custodian of assets
• A provider of personalized investment advice
• A fiduciary with respect to your investment decisions

You are responsible for executing all trades through your own brokerage account. We do not have access to your brokerage credentials, holdings, or funds.

Reblnc is not a registered investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or any state securities laws. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations tailored to your individual financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance.

All investment decisions you make based on information from our Service are solely your responsibility. You should:

Backtesting Results: All historical backtesting results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading. Backtests are subject to modeling assumptions, survivorship bias, and other limitations that may not reflect real-world trading conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBLNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Investment Losses: Any losses or damages arising from your investment decisions
• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost Profits: Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service Interruptions: Damages from service unavailability or errors
• Third-Party Actions: Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the Service entirely at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and outcomes
• Reblnc is not liable for any financial losses you incur
• You will not hold Reblnc liable for market performance or strategy results

Maximum Liability: In no event shall Reblnc's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount of subscription fees you paid to Reblnc in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or $100 if you use the free tier).

7. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you are responsible for:

Investment Decisions

• Conducting your own independent research and due diligence
• Making all investment decisions at your sole discretion
• Verifying the accuracy of signals before executing trades
• Understanding the risks associated with each strategy
• Determining appropriate position sizes based on your risk tolerance

Account Security

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Using a strong, unique password
• Not sharing your account with others
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Securing your own brokerage accounts

Compliance

• Complying with all applicable securities laws and regulations
• Paying all taxes owed on investment gains
• Ensuring you are legally permitted to trade the recommended securities
• Following your brokerage's terms of service

Accurate Information

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keeping your email address up to date for signal delivery
• Notifying us of any errors or issues you encounter

8. Subscription and Payment Terms

Pricing Tiers

Reblnc offers three subscription tiers:

Billing and Renewal

• Free Trial: Pro and Quant tiers include a 14-day free trial
• Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month
• Payment Method: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Billing Cycle: Charges occur on the same day each month

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No Lock-In: No long-term contracts or commitments required
• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if you cancel within 30 days of initial purchase
• No Partial Refunds: No refunds for partial billing periods after the guarantee period
• Service Access: You retain access until the end of your current billing period

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. If we change the price of your subscription tier, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not agree to the new price.

Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments, including value-added tax, goods and services tax, or sales tax. You are responsible for paying any such taxes associated with your subscription.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

• Software, code, and technical implementations
• Text, graphics, logos, and design elements
• Strategy names, branding, and trademarks
• Backtesting methodologies and analytics
• Historical performance data and calculations

...are owned by Reblnc and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial investment purposes
• View and download content for your own reference
• Receive and use strategy signals for your own trading

This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Your Data

You retain all rights to any data you provide to us, including your email address and strategy preferences. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Trademarks

ETF ticker symbols, fund names, and other third-party trademarks referenced on our Service are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party products or services does not imply endorsement by those parties.

11. Third-Party Services and Data

Our Service relies on third-party providers for various functions:

Service Providers

• Firebase Authentication: User account management and login security
• Market Data Providers: ETF pricing and historical data
• Brevo Email Service: Monthly rebalancing signal delivery
• Cloud Hosting: Platform infrastructure and data storage

Third-Party Terms

Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We encourage you to review their terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Data Accuracy and Availability

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of third-party market data
• Continuous availability of third-party services
• That market data is free from errors or delays
• Real-time pricing (data may be delayed by up to 24 hours)

Brokerage Platforms

Important: Reblnc does not partner with, endorse, or recommend any specific brokerage platform. You are responsible for:

• Selecting your own brokerage firm
• Opening and maintaining your brokerage account
• Ensuring your broker offers the ETFs recommended by our strategies
• Paying any commissions, fees, or expenses charged by your broker
• Complying with your broker's terms of service

We have no access to your brokerage account and cannot execute trades on your behalf. Any trading issues or disputes must be resolved directly with your brokerage firm.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Minimalism

We practice data minimalism and collect only the information necessary to provide the Service:

14. Account Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may cancel your account and subscription at any time by:

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, except as outlined in the 30-day money-back guarantee.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your payment method fails or is declined
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• You will no longer receive strategy signal emails
• Your data will be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees or obligations

Survival of Provisions

The following sections will survive termination of these Terms: Section 3 (Not Investment Advice), Section 4 (Investment Risks), Section 5 (No Warranties), Section 6 (Limitation of Liability), Section 10 (Intellectual Property Rights), Section 13 (Indemnification), and Section 16 (Miscellaneous Provisions).

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or governmental actions.

By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, notifications, and updates. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
